Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. All our orders came out in a timely manner hot and delicious . My to go order was boxed and still hot at the end of our meeting. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The pupusas are really good, the fajitas were flavorful, and everything we tried tasted fresh and well made. It’s a nice spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend if you’re in the area.

The restaurants are always clean, the customers service is welcoming. On the weekends, after 10p, some of their location turns into dance floor with great music. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
