  Absolutely horrible this is completely burned. This isn’t even toasted a little it’s literally burnt bagel. I was fortunate to be drunk to not notice it at first. Though the more I bit into it the worse the taste got. I tuned the light on in my car was and met with this burnt nightmare. I can’t believe I even ate that much, but that’s what happens when you’re not completely put together. I wasn’t wasted at that point it was a hangover but it was horrible. I will not be returning to this location. The staff were nice they just didn’t know how to properly do their job. It’s disappointing that you pay for a bagel and smear to literally be given black burnt bagel.

  I really tried to give this place grace because they just opened, but every time I go my order is messed up! This last visit I ordered a bagel with onion cream cheese and they gave me regular cream cheese. Previous visits no cream cheese at all. I even tried ordering through the app, same issues. I probably won't be back because the cost of food items is not worth the headache of mediocre service.

  Make sure you check all your orders. They completly messed up my order by giving me two wrong bagels and putting on cream cheese after I asked them not too.

  Me: I LIKE a half dozen bagels (names various flavors) PLEASE DO NOT CUT THEM! JUST PLACE THEM IN A BAG! No cream cheese Eienstein Bagels employees: repeats verbatim what I said and tells me to pull around Then proceeds to charge me for a half dozen bagels AND CREAM CHEESE! I got home opened my bag to find all my bagels sliced 🫠 Yes yes it’s not that serious right?!Working with the public is so difficult. …all us, never them! Sure except the slicer is never cleaned off so now all my bagels taste like what ever they sliced before my mine instead of the flavor I ordered. That’s nice….

  I placed my order through the mobile app and picked it up via the drive-thru. The service was excellent, and my food was warm and delicious. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely continue coming back for more of their great food.
