  The staff here is amazing! First time coming and they are just very welcoming. Came thru the drive thru area and they helped me use the App to get points, but also use my bday gift for a bagel sandwich. Keep up this great customer service management!!

  The food is pretty good. The prices are a bit steep, however, which is why I gave a few lower stars. Never really gone in as they look busy, and the drive-through is busy enough, but looks clean from the outside. There are a lot of choices on the menu!

  Bagels are great. Coffee needs work. There needs to be a group training or refresher. I order the same drink every time and it always comes out completely different, never good.

  Heads up their phone line is for einstein, jack in the box and Popeyes etc. this spot is a franchise so there’s no direct line to get to them since it’s a landline which is placed in their office. If you’re doing big orders best to go in person… I placed a pick up order last night online and I’m picking it up past the pick up time & my order was not ready. They couldn’t find it. Thankfully it was just coffee. However they were very quick & efficient. The supervisor was on it right away. And I told her I only had a few minutes because I have to take the order to my office which an hour away. I will come back to try the pastries and bagels next time since it’s super close to my house. Thank you for getting my order fast!

  They don’t listen to directions if you tell them what you want they don’t abide by it and do the opposite I made a request 3 separate times different day they don’t listen if you want your sandwich right don’t go to this location
