Very understandable. There's so many delicious drinks, awesome tunes, and just the BEST STAFF! The line at this location moves insanely fast! I have no idea how these amazing staff members can work so quick and efficient all while having the most welcoming and beautiful smiles! If you're thinking about coming to this Dutch Bros, prepare your bank account because you're going to want to come every day. Seriously! The staff is amazing! Everyone here is amazing but this morning Jodie, Faith, Ethan, and Kailyn made my experience just unforgettable. Also their manager Saige is the BEST! I just love it here!!!!!!!! I initially ordered my bubblegum soda light ice with 6 rebel shots at the walk up window and was amazed at the speed and quality of the drinks that the guy and girl were making there. Upon further inquiry I learned that it was Ethan and Faith making drinks! They were just so amazing I can’t say enough! It was like they were one human being and they had fused into a coffee making machine! I waddled back to my car with my drink and then ended up going back through the drive thru because my wife wanted a drink. I quickly ordered her a matcha and was through the line very quickly despite a pretty hefty amount of cars. Usually I don’t make reviews but I just felt so welcomed, loved, and accepted by the whole crew. Jodie in the drive thru met me with genuine excitement and radiated positivity. I WILL BE COMING BACK! I LOVE DUTCH! THANK YOU ALL!

I love the energy and the vibes of the company over all and out of the many locations that I’ve visited, Spring Green in Katy TX definitely knows how to take the company values and culture to the max. Of course there are employees who are there just for work, but there are those amazing employees that you can tell are genuinely passionate about what they do and truly care for their customers. That fact alone makes the experience and the drinks taste that much better. Saying that, Hadassah is one of the most hard working and friendly workers I’ve seen and she has always put so much love into creating a great experience for me and anyone that I’ve brought with me. We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
What are your regular business hours at the Katy location?
We are open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and until 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
