  I'm not sure what been going on but the coffee tastes like old cigarettes. It's absolutely terrible lately. This used to be my go to place and now it's absolutely horrible. Truly disgusting and disappointed. Past 5 visits, in 2 weeks, the coffee is horrendous now :(

  It's a nice place to get food and sit down and talk. In the morning, definitely packed! In the day time passed 12 am its a little bit empty and not too busy but overall a good place to get baked goods amd food.

  Half of an egg on morning wraps. 1. They took the order wrong, we asked for four BEC morning wraps, got BEC on a bagel. 2. Our two lattes were done wrong, they had to redo them, they missed serving one on a medium cup, they likely missed the second shot on the other one. 3. Missed the cheese on the bacon egg and cheese on the croissant. 4. Had to wait about 20 mins for the first wraps w/cheese and the second BEC croissant. 5. Worked with poor Valery who handled everything with grace. Ruins our fond memories of coming to dunkin and enjoying a good breakfast.

  We were here for 30 minutes waiting for our wraps and two breakfast sandwiches. Our lattes were not lattes they were black coffees. It was a disaster. Our original order was wrong and we had to wait an eternity to get our food.

  The Baskin Robbins near us has been closed for repairs.....a long time...... So we decided to try the one that is partnered inside D.D...... the server was poorly trained. Literally did not know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Tried to use chocolate instead of hot fudge. When I pointed this out, the server literally didn't know the difference. His co worker told him which container was the hot fudge.......it was empty, so, no hot fudge. Ok, so, let's go ahead and use the hot praline caramel instead. That container was full. He then tries to hand it over. I had to tell him it still needed the whipped cream, nuts and cherry..........well, they had whipped cream.....no nuts, no cherry......No training, no sense of urgency.....not going back. Not normally a complainer, not angry and I don't really blame the server....I blame the lack of training and supervision at this location. This is how businesses fail.
