  The Baskin Robbins near us has been closed for repairs.....a long time...... So we decided to try the one that is partnered inside D.D...... the server was poorly trained. Literally did not know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Tried to use chocolate instead of hot fudge. When I pointed this out, the server literally didn't know the difference. His co worker told him which container was the hot fudge.......it was empty, so, no hot fudge. Ok, so, let's go ahead and use the hot praline caramel instead. That container was full. He then tries to hand it over. I had to tell him it still needed the whipped cream, nuts and cherry..........well, they had whipped cream.....no nuts, no cherry......No training, no sense of urgency.....not going back. Not normally a complainer, not angry and I don't really blame the server....I blame the lack of training and supervision at this location. This is how businesses fail.

  The workers are so nice, but I am TIRED of them getting my order wrong! Today is the last day I will visit this location. I ALWAYS order the $6.00 breakfast meal with EGG & CHEESE ONLY on a LIGHTLY TOASTED CROISSAINT. I ask for FRESH HASH BROWNS (because they will give you hockey pucks if you don't check). This morning, even with the order on the receipt showing correctly, they put bacon on my sandwich. My hot white chocolate coffee was extremely watered down today, and they refuse to answer the phone this morning as I type this. I want a refund and they need new management or something. They just cannot get it right, so I am done.

  Every time I get a bagel or breakfast sandwich here it’s extremely hard or undercooked. Out of the many times I have been here to give them another chance they have always failed me with the food. Not to mention when they got my order wrong the glass window was shut in my face. I unfortunately do not recommend this location.

  I have gone to this Dunkin many times - the bagels here are so small and no matter what time you go, the bagels are rock hard like they’re days old. Half the time when I order, they forget one of my items and I have to wait for them to figure it out.

  I have tried to like this location, but they have NEVER make my drink correctly, ever! I get a flavored cold brew with 2 extra pumps of syrup and oat milk, that's it, nothing complicated. I always have to remind them I paid for the 2 extra pumps and oat milk when they hand me my drink without the oatmilk and can tell they never put the extra 2 pumps. They go and just pour some of the drink out to add the oatmilk and hand me a sticky cup. I don't know what it is about this location, but they ALWAYS pour a ton of cinnamon in the drink and the cold brew is just regular iced coffee. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra time to a better location because this one ain't it.
