It took 4 people to figure out what to do and nearly 5 minutes. They still gave me the wrong size drink after I confirmed three times and didn’t include two other items I originally ordered and acted annoyed when I mentioned it.

First, the gentleman at the counter refused to honor the card. He then brought over a female employee who was extremely rude and aggressive in her tone and manner while also refusing to accept the card. When I requested to speak with a manager, she outright refused to get one, all while grinning and smirking as if enjoying my frustration. Dunkin' should honor the perks they distribute to their delivery drivers, and this employee's behavior was completely unprofessional. Feeling defeated, I gave up and paid for my coffee, which, to top it all off, was completely made wrong. It's sad that the awful service and refusal to honor a corporate card at this single location can sour my view of the entire Dunkin' brand. I urge management to address the staff's conduct and policy adherence.
