There’s a manager here who is absolutely the best. She brings me so much joy every morning I come in. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and somehow always surprises me with whatever giveaway they have going on. Even our little conversations make my day—she genuinely has such a positive energy. I truly wish God’s blessings over every single person in this establishment and nothing but continued success and great business. Thank you for starting my mornings off right. ☕💛

After the unwanted hostility I requested a refund & got refunded less than what payed until I noticed. As a regular Dunkin Customer I won’t be coming back to this location but I will contact the franchise. #BeBetter

Tell customers that restroom is occupied so they don't have to clean up horrible go anywhere else!!!! Owner threatened me and told me not to go to any Dunkin in the area when I tried complaining about the experience he said he couldn't hear me so I spoke louder and then told me I was yelling at him and then it proceeded to get really out of hand. So needless to say I'll go to another coffee shop my 300 times a year that I go. I'm also a disabled veteran and 3 time Cancer survivor and lost my colon and stomach to cancer so that's why I needed to use the bathroom while I waited 15 minutes for a coffee when another customer walked out after they wouldn't let her use the bathroom lol
