  Buyer Beware Please be cautious when placing a mobile order at this location. They will take your money and give you the run around to get it back. I placed a mobile order and was told at the drive thru window that one item was not available. It was the Wicked Tin with a 10ct munchkin. I said no problem you can just refund that item. I was then told it can’t be refunded and that I have to call customer service to get a refund. I just told her to cancel the whole order since I have to now sit on the phone to get my money back. Upon calling customer service and speaking to several reps I’m told they will put in a ticket with the store. I get a call from an employee at Dunkin who begins his call with telling me he spoke with his staff who informed him that I did not take my drink and that I just drove off. Sir. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. Nothing. I asked that we not talk in circles because the fact remains. I paid for items that were not received and I want my money back. Per customer service when a store is out of an item they are supposed to update their system. That did not take place or this issue would it have occurred. Anyway this person proceeded to tell me to come back to the store as that is the only way I can receive a refund. At this point I am highly disappointed with this whole situation. I asked for a refund while at the store. I was told it’s not an option. Now it is? So now when I return to the country on in 6 days, I have to go back to the store in order to get my money back. I informed this employee that I would not be back for almost a week. I was not offered an apology. I was not offered a gift card by email of the refund. No, only option I was given was to drive back to the store. Not to mention that I live a hour away from this location and yet this is still the requirement in order to get my money back. Find a different location. Or stick with Starbucks like I will.

  Ordered Uber Eats order completely wrong, called to ask, was not even given an apology, its really easy to just say my bad we messed up…

  I just started coming to this location this week. I’ve been here 3 times and usually arrive after the morning rush over. All of the cashiers have been friendly n I got my coffee very quickly.

  Got there about 5pm, been craving DD for weeks! Nice staff, clean place but you got almost no donuts !!! Everything pretty much sold out except some weird Halloween inspired ones. A donut shop needs to have donuts, not just a few leftovers…

  I loved Dunkin in NY and now I have to be done with it for good here because this is the second time I’ve gotten sick with food poisoning at this location. I got the hash brown cup with chipotle queso and bacon. The hash browns were greasy, queso seemed old, and the bacon was burned. I thought I would’ve been okay with just have taken a couple of bits but I was wrong! I was nauseous within a couple of hours at work.
