Multiple times I’ve made an order for delivery and it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for the delivery driver to even be on their way. Twice I have had to just go up to the store to get it. Today the app kept saying it was stuck in the “being made” phase and the delivery time kept getting pushed back (over an hour). I called to see if I could come get it but nobody answers the phone. I went to pick it up and the guy that finally addressed me said he didn’t even see my order so it must not be made yet. Then he walked away. I waited for about 15 minutes and then I get an alert on my phone that the delivery driver just left the store with the order. I was literally there to pick it up and nobody communicated a single thing. I am beyond annoyed with the lack of communication and customer service skills. I understand being busy, and I know these guys are over worked and under paid but COMMUNICATE.

However, the pizza I received from this branch was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 👎🏼 Half of the ingredients were missing there was almost no steak at all, and it felt like they just sent me a plain cheese pizza instead. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a form of deception. I have already sent a complaint email to Domino’s corporate office, stating that this branch and its owner should be urgently investigated for quality and customer satisfaction issues.
