  Ordered prior to pickup drove for 25 min on my way home from work. It wasn’t ready, said about another 15 min.

  Experience. That is what this location gave my kids yesterday. I was a bit frazzled by the thought I having them in the store with me because they are KIDS - highly active. They gave them a little pizza show, engaged with them, and showed them how to make dough. For this I am grateful. Oh yea, the pizza was great too! It was a do-over visit that turned into a fun moment for my kids - totally unexpected and thankful.

  I placed an order that was never delivered. I called at 5:50 PM to request an update and was advised to call back in 15 minutes if the order had not arrived. I called again at 6:22 PM and spoke with the manager, who stated that nothing could be done because the driver marked the order as delivered. He suggested that one of my neighbors may have taken my order. I work from home and was monitoring my security cameras the entire time to ensure I brought the food inside as soon as it arrived, so I am certain it was never delivered. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of common sense. He insisted he could not assist simply because the order showed as “delivered,” despite my explanation. He also questioned why I “waited so long” to call, which is inaccurate—I called promptly at 5:50 PM and followed their instructions to call back.

  The app mentioned it would take 25-30 minutes for my pizza. Pulled up to the window waited about 5 minutes while being ignored by 3 team members that walked by and then took another few minutes for them to figure out they didn't even have my pizza ready. Was told it would take another 25 minutes for my pizza as they hadn't even started preparing it. Had no idea my order came in. With all this being said, Im OK with being ignored for a bit, the unbothered attitude, and even the mistake of my pizza not being made. But this is the second time in a row this happens at this Dominos. Do yourself a favor and just go to another pizza chain across the street or the Dominos on Franz and Fry. Wait time there is about 10 minutes.

  I have oder from here 4 times. The first time was great. But the last 2 times. Sucks pizza was over cooked. And time before that pizza was wrong had to wait 35 minutes until they cooked another one. They said they would credit me a pizza. Never did.
