  The food, service and atmosphere are amazing. I choose the grilled salmon with a salad, the salmon was well cooked and passion fruit juice, I haven't had such amazing refreshing passion fruit juice in years, it brought back some childhood memories. The life music after 11pm on the weekends it made the atmosphere of the restaurant very enjoyable. I give them a 10+ for the service, our waitress was very professional, nice and patient. I highly recommend this restaurant. 👌🏽

  The appetizers were good. We had the Shrimp Ceviche and Special Cachapa. For our main meal we shared the Da Silva Flamed Rib Eye - it's a novelty - but it tasted good. For dessert we had the Chocolate Lovers Dream - from the description it sounded good - the driest chocolate cake I have ever tasted in my life and I am a chocoholic that has traveled in Europe and Asia and around the US, I could only stomach a bite. I gave my husband a bite and he said it taste like something that you should dunk in coffee or tea. He ordered Torta Tres Leches which he liked. The coffee was lukewarm and bitter. The service: We felt neglected by our server. She was nowhere in sight most of the time. She didn't even bother refilling our waters or at the very least ask/inquire if we wanted a refill, granted we had alcoholic drinks as well which actually made having enough water to hydrate more important. The atmosphere: The place is TOO LOUD that we have to sit right next to each other and talk directly on each other's ears in order to hear each other. OVERALL, not interested in going back or recommending to our family and/or friends.

  ¡Una experiencia simplemente espectacular! El servicio de José es de otro nivel: carismático, atento y hace que te sientas especial desde el primer momento. El ambiente del restaurante es increíble, lleno de energía, buen gusto y una vibra que se disfruta de principio a fin. La comida… ¡uff! No hay palabras, cada plato es una delicia. Estar en la barra comiendo es un verdadero placer: ves la magia, disfrutas la atención personalizada y te envuelves completamente en la experiencia del restaurante. Definitivamente es de esos lugares que no solo se visitan, se viven. ¡Altamente recomendado! 😍🍸🔥🍽️ An absolutely spectacular experience! José’s service is next level charismatic, attentive, and he makes you feel special from the very first moment. The restaurant’s atmosphere is incredible, full of great energy, style, and an amazing vibe throughout. The food… wow! Every dish is outstanding. Sitting at the bar while enjoying your meal is an absolute pleasure you get to experience the attention up close, feel the energy, and truly enjoy everything the restaurant has to offer.   I really wish I could say my experience here was amazing, but unfortunately it was disappointing. We came to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday, and while our server Camila was truly wonderful and honestly saved the experience, the food quality wasn’t what I expected. My picanha arrived cold instead of hot, and the tostones were cold. There is nothing worse than fried food served cold. The restaurant was extremely loud due to the music and how busy it was on a Saturday night, so it was very difficult to hear anything. Because of that, my boyfriend’s steak temperature order was misunderstood. This was not our server’s fault at all it was due to the noise. Camila was kind, attentive and really sweet. What really disappointed me is that I’ve been to the DaSilva location in Miami and absolutely loved it. I ordered the exact same thing there, and the plate came out so hot they told me not to touch it. This was a big contrast compared to what I was served here. I understand weekends get very busy and there are many tables to handle, but consistency and quality should still be a priority. I would be open to coming back to try lunch or visiting during a less crowded time because I’ve heard great things, but I definitely would not return during peak hours.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had heard about Da Silva several times before, and interestingly, the reviews were always very mixed—some people spoke highly of it, while others didn’t have such great experiences. Because of that, I hadn’t really decided to go on my own… until I finally had the chance to have dinner there, and I’m glad I did. The first thing that stood out to me was how beautiful the restaurant is. The space is very well organized, beautifully decorated, and has a very elegant yet welcoming design. I didn’t get the chance to hear the live band, but I think it’s a very interesting concept that adds a lot to the overall experience. The bar deserves a special mention—it’s spectacular. Not only can you enjoy drinks there, but also food, and visually it adds a lot of character and appeal to the place. As for the food, everything I tried—and everything I saw being served to other tables—looked delicious. I had the chance to try the meat, which was excellent, along with some arepitas that were really good. I loved the nata and cheese, the fried yucca was great, the Caesar salad was well prepared, and I ordered a chocolate cake to go that I absolutely loved. While there, I also tried the brownie with ice cream, which was delicious. I also had one of their signature cocktails made with Santa Teresa rose. It was a very interesting concept and, most importantly, the drink was really good. Even though I only tried one cocktail, I would definitely like to go back and try more. We were attended by Eduardo, who was absolutely wonderful—very kind, attentive, and professional. He truly made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a place I would return to. Five stars for the beauty of the restaurant, the quality of the food, and the excellent service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
