We really like chipotle but this location was a disappointment. We could not find a clean table to sit on. The entire place was dirty and the employees were just standing in the kitchen talking. Would be nice if they cleaned for other clients to have a place to enjoy their food.
After a few visits, I can honestly say this is the most poorly run Chipotle that I’ve ever been to.
During my last visit they tried charging me $42 dollars for two burrito bowls. When I questioned it, they removed an order of chips and a burrito that I never ordered.
The counter was a pure disaster and looked like it hadn’t been wiped all day. Toppings were mixed together in each of the bins, which is probably a health code violation considering cross contamination. It made me wonder if the employees are managing themselves, because any diligent manager would not tolerate these conditions.
To add to the frustration, they were out of a number of ingredients including guac. When I asked the staff if they could get more guac they refused, which was puzzling to me. I asked again and they said I would have to wait 30 minutes for it. Really, that is how you treat customers?
The new location is very beautiful from the inside and out, although it is a little dirty and I wouldn’t expect good customer service from this location. One girl gave me attitude and even glared at me, not very good customer service!
I was excited when this Chipotle opened near me, but after giving it two chances, I’m done. The customer service here is shockingly bad.
The first time I came with my wife, the service was so poor that she said she’d rather drive 6–7 miles to another location than ever come back here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe someone just had a bad day.
Today proved it’s not a one-off — it’s a pattern.
The employee serving me kept repeatedly saying “Is that all? Is that all? Is that all?” while I was still ordering, clearly rushing me and making me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply being there. When I tried to double-check my order at the end (which is normal at any restaurant), he snapped and kept saying, “Do you have a problem? Do you have a problem?” in an aggressive, confrontational way.
That’s completely unacceptable behavior for any customer-facing job, let alone a brand like Chipotle.
The food isn’t even the main issue here — it’s the attitude, the hostility, and the complete lack of basic customer service. This location seems more interested in rushing people out than actually serving customers.
I was genuinely excited to have a Chipotle close to home, but there’s no point. I’ll gladly drive farther to another location where customers are treated with basic respect. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this, because right now this place is embarrassing for the brand.

I am very disappointed with the ongoing drive-thru service at this location. Since December 2025, I have experienced repeated order inaccuracies, including being given soft tacos instead of crispy tacos multiple times without being informed, as well as consistently receiving salsa sides that were only half filled while being charged for full portions.
These issues have involved the same drive-thru employee on multiple occasions. She typically wears a hat and has her hair in a ponytail. I am including this only to note the consistency of the interactions, not to single out an individual publicly.
I attempted to resolve this at the store level, but the issues continued. On January 24, 2026, I came through the drive-thru with questions about placing a catering order through the app. The employee was unable to answer basic portion questions and stated she was a manager, which was later confirmed to be untrue by the actual store manager. She also refused to provide her name, and no staff were wearing name tags.
I contacted corporate from the parking lot to document the issue, returned to the drive-thru, and still did not receive appropriate service or accountability. I ultimately left without food.
I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for years and have visited locations in multiple states without ever experiencing this level of unprofessionalism. I watched this location be built and was excited to support it, but the lack of transparency, consistency, and management oversight at this store is concerning. I hope this location receives the necessary review and corrective action.
