  This brand new chipotle over here on Cane eilen is a joke! I came inside to place an order and they told me that certain items could only be ordered online and I am like I’m here now and they will not let me order. I had to go through all the trouble of looking up chipotle.com and I’ve never done that before and figure out how to place an order and then when I was gonna pay for it to use my gift card it didn’t accept so I had to use my regular debit card. On top all of this being my own cashier, the adult quesadillas look like children’s quesadillas. I will never come to this chipotle again there’s six employees and they’re all just standing around while I’m struggling to try to place my order before my children get out of school.

  Why skimp on rice and beans? They're the lowest cost item in any restaurant and Chipotle still trains their workers to give you the least amount possible. No value in coming to Chipotle anymore.

  RUDE and DISGUSTING. Upon entrance the tables were all dirty not one table was clean enough to sit at. While I was ordering this young male server was very rude “what you want?” “There’s no more chicken so get something else” never had I someone tell me that before. I got the bottom of the barrel chicken and was rudely told I had to wait another 20 mins for a fresh batch. Save yourselves the time and money and go to another location near i10&99 or on fry road. Tried to give this one a chance since I live in the neighborhood but no never again.

  Online order I ordered through the app and came in through the drive thru for pick up. I had a free guacamole side to redeem and did with my tacos. When I pulled around to get my order and checked it, not side of guac in sight. I showed the team member my ticket (guac wasn't on) vs my online order (guac was on)- she seemed annoyed she had to "suit up" ( wash hands, put on gloves and prepare my scoop of guacomole and hand to me like she had to prepare tableside). I was happy a Chipotle came to the neighborhood, now I'm underwhelmed and hesitant to revisit. Please take a page from the Chick Fil A training book and get it together, a little goes a long way (coming from a customer service provider for 30+ years)

  Servers were very rude. They gave extremely small portion sizes to my sister and I, and were over attentive to the young male customers that were ordering and gave very large portion sizes to them. The person serving me was having a conversation with another employee who was coming up for "fun" just to talk to her friends and as a result were extremely dismissive during my sister and i's transaction. One of the girls who was super nasty forgot my one or my items and had a serious attitude when I asked for it and was completely ignoring me as I waited to tell her she forgot my chips after having to ask for her attention by saying "excuse me" waiting directly at the counter. She shrugged and finally handed it to me without saying word. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend.
