  I ordered the Philly combo meal and we started off wrong because I ordered the onions and peppers on the side and didn't receive them. Other than that the sandwich was pretty good. The cheese and bacon fries were just ok. They were out of all of the lemonade and when my wife went to go and get a soft drink the Dr Pepper and Root Beer were both flat. We gave the crew a chance to fix the issues, but they weren't resolved in the 20 minutes it took to eat our food. I would definitely NOT recommend eating at this location, bad service, bad selections, and ok food doesn't get a return visit.

  I recently had a fantastic experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks and can’t recommend them enough! The food was absolutely delicious, with flavors that hit all the right spots—honestly, no complaints whatsoever. I ordered through Uber Eats and was thrilled to snag an incredible 2-for-1 deal, which made the meal an unbeatable value for the quality. The ordering process was super convenient, and the pickup was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff making it a breeze. Whether you’re a cheesesteak fan or just looking for a great meal, Charleys is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for more, especially with deals like that on Uber Eats!

  Over-priced fake Philly Cheesesteak and Bubba 33 is right around the corner with way more meat, fries and drink for less money!

  Not ever going again. Ordered cheese whiz, no mushrooms, no mayo, and the whiz is supposedly "underneath the cheese b/c it would look weird if I put it on top" says who? I went back to have them fix it and they said it was correct, I inspect even more and yes, it does in fact have little to no whiz on it, mayo all over and mushrooms! I called as I'm not going back a 3rd time. They act like I'm lying saying bring the recent and the sandwich because "they gotta make sure this " [was what I'm saying.] With all the hidden undertones of you're a potential liar, and we gotta make sure. I did that the first go back! Then, getting off, I got a half-hearted apology with little to no resemblance of we messed up and are really understanding. I told them if this were an allergy situation, yall would be in some trouble. They gave no response, pretended not to hear me and said okay I guess. Never again will I go to such a rude place!! $16+ meal, and this place has the worst service. See pics since they think I'm lying, epecially with all the mushrooms and mayo that supposedly weren't on there.
