I was going to eat and have a few drinks ended up getting a beer and left. This also happened the first day I was in town but I thought maybe she was having a bad day so i came back just in case and again the same thing... I can't even believe she decided to keep gossiping instead of taking care of people who were waiting.. my first day there i asked if margaritas were on happy hour (I didn’t have my glasses) she said the same thing "whatever is on the happy hour menu" that sentence was longer than a yes or no.. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE

I scheduled a pick up at 7:50pm last night when I placed the order at 7pm. I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and waited more than 10 minutes for my turn to meet the staff at the counter to pick up the order, and then i got a notice that they were out of chicken dippers with a rather indifferent attitude and only a perfunctory apology. They had over an hour to prepare my order since I arrived around 8:25pm, yet they never informed me that they were out of stock when they had my phone number and email on the order. And worse, they didn't offer me anything in return, just a quick apology and she went into the kitchen to avoid me. The employee asked me for the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to pay and informed me that her manager would refund the money to me. Come on, I don't drive more than 30 minutes to get there and leave with a hungry stomach and empty hands. The experience was terrible and I am very disappointed with the way they handled my order. Now I have to wait and see when they will refund to me.
