  Attention manager: Please listen really closely when I say ,,,, please figure out your pick up procedures. If you don’t want to pay staff get a self check out kiosk. I just spent an hour waiting on order for Q (ask your staff) … truly not the best experience. Food itself is normally acceptable but in last 6 experiences my avg wait picking up an online order is 35 minutes past “ready for pickup” time.

  I just ordered Nashville heat bone in wings this location needs to shut down the wings were soggy and the grease was old fries were cold and chewy … tased like expired lays chips PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION;) heart burn will occur my friend -50 stars

  Waited on my food for an hr while the rest of my party got their food they all ate and finished and I never got my order I literally had to walk out because my food never got done while others that came in later were getting their food all o got is too see people eat lol but it’s ok I won’t be stopping by again at this place

  Kourtney the manager SAVED my night with her customer service after an issue with an online order. She was very understanding on the phone when I made the call, when i got there she made sure I was 100% taken care of with the right items and added some fries for my troubles! Very thankful! Will be ordering online or just coming in again soon.

  Absolutely not! Paid almost $30 on uber eats just to: 1. Have stale, cold small fries 2. They forgot the sauce for my wings...... 3. Have cold wings I mean I didn't feel like going out and you guys are just right there, so how come my food was cold? The only enjoying thing was my soda! Never ordering from here again, thanks for wasting my money. :)
