I have been there twice first time about 6 months ago, had a horrible experience , I wanted a certain flavor of icecream and placed my order and paid. To my surprise after I had paid they tell me that they didn't have waffle cones anymore so I said just give me a cup, the girl tells me sorry someone else took the last two scoops of icecream that you wanted. They were out of almost all other flavors so I ended up getting my money back. It was ridiculous I wrote the manager and he didn't seemed to care much either. I decided to give them a second chance this past Saturday thinking that enough time had gone by and maybe the service was better this time around. Wrong!! I placed my order at drive thru and surprise they were out of waffle cones. I ordered about 5 different flavors of icecream and they were out as well. I was getting extremely frustrated and ordered a cappuccino blast I figures that was pretty safe to order and they tell me "sorry we don't have the mix for that". Never again! I am surprised they are still in business.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
