When I kindly asked one of the workers (a Hispanic woman) about the different flavors available, she responded in a very rude manner, telling me to “just read the description and decide.” From the moment I walked in, her attitude was cold and unwelcoming. That said, I do want to acknowledge that two other employees were genuinely kind and helpful, which made the situation slightly better. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customer service matters just as much as the ice cream.

The teenage female worker replied extremely rudely, turned to her coworker who laughed and she made a face with her coworker that I will never forget. Her face was distorted in a hysterical way. She was mocking him, a 60 year old man, for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope nobody ever has to deal with what my stepdad and I had to deal with.
