I visited this location for the first time today and unfortunately it will be my last. The drive thru service is so slow. When I asked the girl why it took me 10 to 15 minutes sitting at the window to receive a bagel with cream cream she said oh sorry we had alot of orders on the screen and there is only 3 of us working back here. 3 people, clearly isnt enough people for a morning rush time! So terribly disappointed. i would have driven off but I had already paid for it then made to sit for the additional 10 to 15 minutes and wait. So frustrating!

This place is literally heaven on earth. The Texas bricket bagel was made fresh. The bun was soft and egg was so hot I had to blow it. The customer service was great also and it was Quick. This has become my new favorite breakfast spot.

I’ve visited this Einstein Bros. Bagels a few times, and unfortunately, the service is consistently slow. Even when the store isn’t busy, orders take much longer than expected. During my most recent visit, I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, only to receive the wrong order.
If you’re in a hurry or need a quick breakfast, I’d recommend avoiding this location. The food is what you’d expect, but the wait time and order accuracy really take away from the overall experience.

We came to this location after being ignored at the Cinco Ranch location. Not only was service quick the food was great. Got my pregnant daughter her craving of a Farmhouse bagel and I got a build your own with a large macchiato and that is 100% worth the price. Added bonus they have a drive thru. Located off 99 next to the Starbucks- you'll get a better deal on your macchiato here.

I placed two online orders on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for pickup on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6:50 a.m. for a total of 27 sandwiches for a company meeting. When I arrived to pick up the order at 6:52, I had to wait approximately 35 minutes before it was ready. As a result, I was late for my work meeting. For a large order that was placed in advance for a scheduled pickup time, this delay was very disappointing and unacceptable. The staff was very kind and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. However, it appeared the location may have been understaffed during the morning rush. With advance orders...especially large ones; timeliness is extremely important.
Given the inconvenience and delay, you would think the manager would have issused a refund, partial refund, store credit or something. Wanted to warn others and the company so that similar issues can hopefully be avoided in the future.
