These two are hands-down the friendliest, most genuine people we’ve ever encountered at any go to drink spot. They always greet us with such positive energy, remember our orders, and somehow manage to make every visit feel personal and special. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Reegan or Faiz, you’ll understand exactly what we mean. They truly deserve recognition—absolute rockstars! :)

After waiting in line for a long time just to order, I was told I had to leave and that my drink couldn’t be made because the employees felt unsafe and uncomfortable, as there were only two of them working. I had done nothing wrong and was simply waiting to place my order, so this felt unfair and unprofessional.

Twice now I ordered and arrived 15-20 min AFTER the estimated pick up time and they hadn’t even started the drink. Today they were prioritizing two people who had just ordered at the window over an order that should have been completed 25 min before. I’m usually pretty patient waiting but when I’m in a hurry to head to work and then told they could start it after the two order they just got at the window with absolutely no hustle in making the drinks it was pretty frustrating (and they can’t even process refunds at the store so watch out with that since you have to message online and get a response within a week). Hoping they can get it back together before summer rolls around and it’s even busier.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
What are your regular business hours at the Katy location?
We are open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and until 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
