  Its so disgusting and hazardous to experience drinking the tea I purchased, I was horrified to find a bee inside my mouth. ​This was an incredibly distressing experience. Not only is it unsanitary, but as a customer, I should not have to worry about insect contamination or the risk of being stung while enjoying a beverage. Imagine if I was allergic! this specific location has a known, ongoing issue with bees. While I understand that sugary syrups can attract insects, it is the responsibility of the management to implement proper pest control measures—such as air curtains, shielded prep areas, or professional mitigation—to ensure the safety of the products being served. ​Finding a bee in my drink has completely ruined my confidence in Dutch Bros' health and safety standards. At this point, I have no desire to return to this location until I am assured that significant changes have been made to address this issue.

  The people are super nice and th coffee/muffins are good. But I remembered why they aren’t my preferred place to go - the line is unbearable! I sat in the drive thru for close to 20 mins. Once you get in the line there’s no way to get out. While sitting in the line I realized why I don’t go here; it’s never a “quick stop for coffee.”

  I had a really frustrating experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. When I placed my order, I repeated it, and the employee even repeated it back to confirm everything was correct. Despite that, we waited about 40 minutes in line, with only two cars ahead of us. By the time we finally got our drinks, they were completely wrong and didn’t follow the directions we gave. We wanted a white chocolate chai with very little ice and a soft top and an iced white chocolate mocha. Both cups were packed with ice, both had coffee, and neither had white chocolate or the soft top. To make things worse, the employees were loudly talking about how they didn’t really care if customers were upset about the long wait times. Girl A: "I feel like people are going to get upset about waiting so long". Girl B: "We will just tell them we were left alone". Girl A: "But they can see we aren't alone" Girl B: "That doesn't matter, they just want their drinks" Between the excessive wait, incorrect drinks, and unprofessional attitude, this was a very disappointing visit. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Five stars to the Morton Ranch team! I’ve been a regular here for nearly 3 years, and the staff is consistently amazing. They are thoughtful, friendly, and know their regulars by name.   Took my cousin here a few times on her vacation because it is her favorite and ended up making a customer for life out of my brother. It's consistent with every dutch bros I have ever been to and my family really enjoyed coming here for drinks every morning for a week.
