  I honestly cannot stop thinking about my experience at Dunkin’. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and energetic.   I went through the drive-thru and asked for a bagel with sausage and cheese no egg instead I got a bagel with egg and sausage no cheese. Friday 3/6/26. @ 9:15AM

  This is the second time here and we got the same girl with attitude. Hispanic female.. Should have gotten her name. First time there we asked to add an extra order of hash-browns when we pulled up at the window and she told us NO that we would have to go all the way around again because there was ONE car behind us. We just left. This time our ham croissant was completely frozen and had pieces of ice in the middlev. When we took it back inside we got no apology, she just said she’d make a new one. My husband then asked if he could order an extra side of bacon while he waited and she made him go to the other side of the counter to ask someone else.. there was only one person in there and it looked like a door dasher.. it wasn’t even busy. Also when we got back the ham croissant it was extra toasted.. not sure what her problem is but she needs some training or to go somewhere else.
