- KNKelli NelsonFeb 2, 20261.0I just had the most awful experience with this store and its management! On Saturday, January 31st I ordered 2 pizzas on the Carry Out Special: $6.99 up to 2 toppings. When I ordered and checked out, my total was $15.14 when I put in my credit card info. All was well. Hubby picked up the pizza, got home and I looked at my receipt. I was charged $21.08!!!! Between ordering and pick-up, they changed my coupon!!! I called to speak with the manager and she claimed it's because we got 2 toppings. YES, we did! THAT WAS THE $6.99 special! Apparently, she didn't even know what deals they had running. She was clueless! She kept saying they charged me $9.74 because I had 2 toppings on the pizzas. I tried to explain that the special was actually for 2 toppings, but because I could hear that she clearly was incapable of comprehending or giving any care for customer service, I just hung up! I am so sick of dealing with incompetent people, especially if they have the title of manager!

They said they werent offering delivery that day, but that a note would be made using my name and account so that I may redeem it later. About a week later, I call and attempt to redeem my coupon, and get told no, and that I should just look online, as they have many online deals available (which I already know). It feels deceptive to me to have this "kick the can down the road" mentality as a business, and it certainly isnt appreciated as the customer. Food is otherwise good from this location.
