  Second time visiting this restaurant for my fiancée’s birthday, and this experience was extremely disappointing. The drinks came out fast, but that was about the only thing that went right. After our appetizer, our server completely disappeared. We were barely checked on, had no updates, and felt completely ignored. The main entrée took an unacceptable amount of time, and to make it worse, a table of four that arrived after us was served their food before we ever got ours. That’s simply poor service and lack of attention. What made this even more frustrating is that I specifically asked the server to bring out a dessert for my fiancée’s birthday to make the night special, and it never happened. No acknowledgment, no follow through nothing. By the end of the night, our server was nowhere to be found, and the manager had to step in just to close us out. For a place that presents itself as a top-tier steakhouse, this level of service is unacceptable and honestly concerning. We won’t be returning and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

  ¡Increíble noche! La comida y la atención fueron espectaculares. 100% recomendado. Desde que llegamos, el equipo nos hizo sentir muy bien. Vicente, Salomón, Jesús, Danela y Carla estuvieron atentos en todo momento, brindando un servicio excepcional. Fue una noche mágica para nuestros invitados, quienes quedaron encantados con la comida venezolana, ya que era algo completamente nuevo para ellos. Además, llevamos 4 niños pequeños que la pasaron increíble: disfrutaron cada plato, probaron cosas nuevas y estuvieron muy entretenidos con todo el show. La música, el baile y las actividades con fuego hicieron de la experiencia algo inolvidable. Gracias por tan increíble atención, por su calidez y por permitirnos compartir con nuestras amistades un pedacito del sabor de nuestra cultura y todo lo que nos caracteriza

  If you are looking for an authentic and flavorful steak experience in Katy, Da Silva Steakhouse is a top-tier choice. I have become a huge fan of their lunch menu—it’s the perfect midday escape with high-quality cuts and great value. 🥩 The Highlights The absolute star of the show here is the shareable parrilladas. Bringing a sizzling platter of grilled meats to the table is the best way to eat here. Between the juicy chicken, pork chops, and those incredible homemade sausages, every bite of the mixed grill is packed with traditional flavor. ⚠️ A Note on the Ribeye While most of the menu is spot-on, I’d suggest skipping the Flamed Ribeye. At its premium price point, it unfortunately didn't live up to the rest of the meal—it was quite chewy and lacked the tenderness you'd expect from a high-end cut. 🥗 The Experience The service is warm and the atmosphere is vibrant, often featuring live music that makes the whole meal feel like a celebration. For a great lunch or a group dinner centered around their signature platters, it’s a fantastic spot.

  If you’re looking for a steakhouse experience that’s not just about the food but the full show, you HAVE to visit Da Silva Steakhouse in Katy, Houston. This place is not your typical steakhouse—it’s a whole vibe, a whole experience, and honestly one of the most fun dining spots I’ve tried 🔥 From the moment you sit down, you already know you’re in for something different. The atmosphere feels lively, a little upscale but still very welcoming. Perfect for date night, birthdays, or just a night out where you want something memorable. Let’s get into the food—because WOW. I started with the Venezuelan plate-style appetizers, and they did not miss. The mix of arepitas, yuca, and cheese was the perfect intro—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. You can really tell there’s a strong Venezuelan influence in the menu, which makes everything feel unique compared to a traditional steakhouse.  Then came the star of the show: the Da Silva Flame Steak. And yes… it literally comes out ON FIRE 🔥 This isn’t just for show either—the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Some of their signature cuts are cooked on skewers and served tableside, topped with garlic butter, which adds a rich, savory finish that takes it to another level.  I also tried one of their signature drinks, the Da Silva Bull, and it matched the energy of the place perfectly—bold, fun, and definitely something you’d order again. What I really loved is the variety. You’re not limited to just steak—they have everything from seafood and burgers to Latin-inspired dishes like cachapas, tequeños, and ceviche, so there’s something for everyone.  The portions are generous, perfect for sharing, especially if you go with a group. And the service was solid—food came out pretty fast, and the presentation made every dish feel special. Overall experience: 🔥 Fire presentation (literally) 🔥 Juicy, flavorful steaks 🔥 Unique Venezuelan twist 🔥 Fun, energetic atmosphere This is not just dinner—it’s a whole experience. If you’re in Houston/Katy and want something different, this spot is 100% worth it. I’d definitely go back again… and yes, I’d order that flaming steak every single time 😮‍🔥

  completamente inaceptable. Llegamos con mucha expectativa, pero desde el inicio todo fue un desastre en cuanto a organización y atención al cliente. Estuvimos esperando exactamente 1 hora y 34 minutos para que nos asignaran una mesa, y durante todo ese tiempo nadie fue capaz de darnos una explicación clara, una disculpa o siquiera una actualización sobre nuestra espera. El personal parecía desorganizado y poco interesado en la cantidad de personas acumuladas en la entrada. Lo más frustrante fue la falta total de comunicación. Nadie se acercó a decirnos cuánto más tendríamos que esperar, ni a ofrecernos alguna alternativa. Simplemente nos dejaron ahí, como si nuestro tiempo no tuviera ningún valor. Entendemos que los restaurantes pueden estar ocupados, pero hay una gran diferencia entre tener alta demanda y brindar un servicio deficiente. Esperar más de una hora y media sin ningún tipo de atención o consideración es, sinceramente, una falta de respeto hacia los clientes. Después de tanto tiempo perdido, decidimos retirarnos sin siquiera poder sentarnos. Es una pena, porque el lugar tenía potencial, pero la mala gestión arruinó completamente la experiencia. Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomendaría. Hay muchos otros lugares donde sí respetan tu tiempo y saben tratar a sus clientes como se merecen.
