I ordered a burrito bowl with Chicken al Pastor, Steak, White Rice, Queso, and Lettuce, and I was charged $18.45. However, when I received my order, it only included queso. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, Javier Sillero Bandera, explaining that there was no way I paid almost $20 for queso alone. He laughed and said, “Well, that’s what the order said.” Even if the order system incorrectly listed my order, I am still unclear how I was charged $18.45 for only queso. When I asked if he could complete my order correctly, he told me I would have to pay again. This means that instead of fixing an order I rightfully paid for, I was being asked to pay another $18.45 just to receive what I originally ordered. This experience was extremely upsetting and I believe this is unfair and unacceptable.

They barely put any protein your burrito and if you ask for a little more they want to charge you double! Then charge you and arm and a leg for guacamole that tastes like nothing. It’s ridiculous almost $40 for two people at a fast food place. Plus people working there always look like they are in bad mood.
