  Bad customer service went through the mobile Lane turns out the mobile lane is closed at 9:30 the fast food joint closes at 10:00 I asked if the mobile lane is closed all day the employee replied yes food was crappy mac and cheese was hard n stale and cold ,the drink had no fizz I wouldn't recommend going to this Chick-fil-A there's plenty more better Chick-fil-A's around

  We’ve been coming here since it opened, and while there were and continue to be occasional challenges (as any business has), the food quality has always remained great and the owner/managers always try to make any issues right.

  Love this location - dependable and always delish. Shout out to Zoey today in the drive thru, she was so friendly and took the time to show me how to use the app to upload when I forget to scan - I had no clue! Thanks Zoey for taking the time out of your day to care and show a patron how to get the most of rewards offered!

  Was picking up a mobile.order, one lane for that and one for ordering in line. But the mobile order pickup was forced to merge with the other long line After you pass the bollards the right lane opens up again, for mobile pick up right? Oh no! We committed a grievous offense by pulling into that lane. We were told, rather truffle that THAT lane.was just for.traffic that had gotten their order ro pull over into to leave. She said, but we brought your food, but just know NOT to get in this lane again! Well pardon the hell.outtaa me! No signage indicating this information, and honestly, this dressing down felt unwarranted. We had no one behind us, no one from the crowded.left.lane.trying to get over to leave. Have NEVER felt.like that before Not sure I want to go to any chic fila again. Terrible

  I stopped by Chick-fil-A around 1:40 PM because my coworker asked me to grab her a Cobb salad on my way out of work. I work just across the street, so I figured it would be a quick stop since I was only ordering one item. When I pulled in, the drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the parking lot. I understand that lunch rush happens, but it still ended up taking about 30 minutes just to place my order and receive a single salad, which felt a bit ridiculous for one item. What really bothered me though was the interaction with one of the employees, Jalissa. When she handed me my change, she literally threw it back at me with a snarky look over her shoulder instead of handing it to me normally. It felt extremely rude and dismissive. There was no reason for that kind of behavior, and it honestly caught me off guard. I wasn’t being difficult, I ordered one item and waited patiently like everyone else. Chick-fil-A has a reputation for being polite and welcoming, which is part of why people choose to go there. Unfortunately, that standard was not reflected at all in this interaction. If someone is frustrated or having a bad day, that still doesn’t make it acceptable to treat customers with that level of disrespect. Basic courtesy should be the bare minimum in a customer-facing job. Waiting half an hour for one salad was already frustrating, but the way Jalissa handled the interaction made the experience even worse. Customer service like that really leaves a bad impression, I will not be returning to this location for any reason and I advise you to do the same.
