  Ordered a single milkshake in the drive through and it took 15 minutes as every car behind me received their large food orders. My order was completley forgotten. Every worker in the drive through was standing around chatting with absolutely no sense of urgency. Even waving my arm out the window couldn’t catch anyone’s attention. I’ve never seen Chick Fil A workers so slowly moving

  Terrible drive through and management experience. We ordered food, the order was repeated back and when we arrived home, the order was incorrect. Two items were not in the receipt not in the bag. We called immediately and were told we could drive 30 min back but that was the only option. They were unwilling to provide the salads ordered at another time. Additionally, they only allow two sauces per order even if it’s a 30 count. The management/ownership for each chick fil a is different and their policies vary depending upon the location. This chick fil a does not provide a good/quality experience and does not put the onerous of responsibility on the employee but the patron. These policies do not represent Truett Cathy’s core values.

  I truly believe Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant. The service is always fast and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff always makes you feel welcomed. I also ordered catering from this location and everything arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s my go-to place whenever I want something quick and reliable

  The QUALITY of this location is DISGUSTING. This Chick-fil-A has gone downhill. The food quality is extremely poor, and if you ask for a remake because your order is wrong or unsatisfactory, they act like it’s a problem. On top of that, management seems unwilling to compensate customers fairly when the experience is bad. That is unacceptable. If a customer pays for food and the quality is poor, the correct response should be to fix it professionally, not create tension or make the customer feel dismissed. The lack of accountability from management is just as bad as the poor food quality. At this point, the issue is not just the food, it’s the customer service and the way concerns are handled. This location needs serious improvement in both quality control and management.

  Alief Foodie Review 🍗 Pulled up to Chick-fil-A and ordered like I had been fasting for 3–5 business days. Got nuggets, fries, the new chicken bacon sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, lemonade, AND a frozen lemonade… because clearly moderation is not my ministry. 😂 Nuggets: still elite. Crispy, juicy, and somehow vanish before I even get home. I don’t know if they shrink or if I just lose self-control in the car. Fries: hot, salty, and doing exactly what waffle fries are supposed to do. No complaints. Now the new chicken bacon sandwich… listen… somebody in that kitchen cared today. Thick juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and everything actually tasted fresh. That sandwich came to WORK. Spicy chicken sandwich: the classic. Just enough spice to wake up your taste buds without sending you into a life crisis. Drinks: the lemonade is always good, but the frozen lemonade? Perfect for this Houston heat. Just sip slow unless you want a brain freeze that humbles you real quick. Now let’s be honest… this is still fast food. Allegedly there are chemicals in here somewhere and it’s definitely not health food. Nobody is pulling up to Chick-fil-A thinking they’re about to eat a salad. But is it good? Absolutely. 🔥 Eat at your own risk… allegedly. 😂 Alief Foodie Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
