I am not sure how orders can get mixed up but I usually end up getting someone else's sandwich in the take-out bag, and don't really have a chance to verify before I leave as the sandwiches are sitting at the bottom of the bag. I usually make customized orders and that is probably why the staff ends up mixing things up. Driving 30 minutes to receive the wrong items is extremely upsetting, and no refund is being offered on the app

The entire purpose of a drive through is so you can get it and go, its their job to make sure the order is right. The fact that the manager questioned my husband over some fries is ridiculous.
