  As someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, I’m shocked by how bad the service has become here. The soft drinks took about 10 minutes. The appetizer never showed up. No prebussing at all—our salad plates stayed on the table the entire meal, crowding the space and reminding us how little attention we got. Our drinks were never refilled, and the server never even asked if we wanted a refill. Towards the end, he asked us for to-go boxes in the middle of us eating. The whole experience was just uncomfortable from start to finish. Left a tip out of habit, not gratitude, and we won’t be back to this location.

  I forgot our server’s name but he was very nice! our family and older grandmother was put in a separate room so she could hear us all a little better <3

  We have been coming to this Carraba’s for 17 years now. Each time we ask our kids where they want to go - it’s always Carrabba’s. Service is always good and food is delicious. Atticus was our server tonight - he is always great, too.

  First of all, the window sills are filthy. Then we got a menu that had food in it. We waited a very long time just to get waited on. Then, we gave our drink order, and had to wait a very long time to just get water and watery tea. Once we ordered, waited again. Spaghetti was warm to cold. Chicken Marsala was all mushrooms, and no sauce. I think we’ve made our last visit to this Carrabbas. There are too many other good, clean Italian restaurants .

  The inside waiters are fantastic, but ever since they let the woman who took care of to go orders or pickups go, the service there sucks. Orders are wrong, missing items etc… I stopped calling and complaining because it falls on deaf ears. Overall I love this restaurant, just service needs adjusting.
