They were friendly and knowledgeable about the flavors, and they even let me sample one to help me decide, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was clean and the employees were welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. The only thing I noticed was water coming out from underneath the counter on the left side. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ice cream refrigeration or something else, but it might be something the staff would want to check. Other than that, the service was great.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
