We reached there at least 5 minutes before they close and as soon as we parked the car, the lady saw our car and came running to switch off the “Open” signboard. Then we go in and they have all the chairs turned over, switched off the lights and she refused to serve us saying that we close in a few minutes and we have shut everything down. Terrible customer service! Why would anyone close before the actual close time and refuse to serve customers?

On the day of pickup, I got no updates or communication, so I called the store to confirm — no one answered. I drove to the location only to find a handwritten sign on the door saying they closed at 7 PM, despite my order showing as a pending pickup. No one bothered to call me, email me, or notify me that they were closing early or that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled. It’s Thanksgiving, which is exactly why I placed my order in advance and scheduled pickup for the day before. This was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my money and time. I will be requesting a refund. Horrible experience.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
