  Atmosphere is a tad dated in my opinion, but food is tasty. Service is mostly always up to par and even if they mess up, they go above and beyond to make it right. Now the host (older female) could use some kindness sprinkled in her drink because she was rude. Thankfully our encounter was brief, but I would definitely recommend making a reservation. ( I have visited SEVERAL times, however, my last visit was 4/4/26 and the hostess was not a great first impression)

  The place is awesome. My experience when I picked up my food however, was the opposite. The to-go pick up system was really disorganized. I was told by a host to poke my head in the doorway to the kitchen line and tell the expo person my order name. The doorway looked like it was for employees only and right off the walkway where customers walk in. The expo person immediately had an attitude and told me to wait. My wife didn't know where we should wait so she asked the next worker she saw where we should stand because this whole area is in the entry walkway of the busy restaurant. The employee helped us, then tried to confirm our order with the expo. When the food came out, the expo told us, "I told you to wait, so don't go get the manager to come at me." We explained that we didn't do that and she started to yell at us in the middle of the walk-way. Completely unprofessional behavior from a single person made the visit not pleasant. I run my own restaurant and I would never tolerate my employees yelling at customers. Especially in the main area in front of other customers.

  Would have rated 5 stars except for this one worker we encountered. I ordered through Uber Eats and selected my pick up time to be 530pm. My husband and I arrived a little early and waited in the parking lot I then received a confirmation through Uber that my order was ready. We go inside and there's not really a clear indicator on where to pick up. We go to the hostess stand and the woman told us to let the person know in the doorway who we were here to pick up for. My husband goes and tells someone the name for the order and he comes back out telling me "I don't think that was the right spot because the woman looked angry that I was bothering her." Now I want to clarify, my husband and I have never picked up food here before only dined in. So maybe I'm an idiot but I wanted clarification that we were in the right spot since we're in the way of the hostess stand. I went up to the hostess stand a second time, this time a man was there. So I said "hey I don't know if I'm the idiot, but I'm here to pick up an order, is this where I go?" And pointed behind me. He told me yes, took down my name and went back. At this point as well, 2 other people have come after to us to pick up orders and no one was helping them. Now 20min after I originally got the notification that my order was ready, a black woman with dreads comes out saying "who's here to pick up for Vicci?" My husband gestured to us and this woman goes "now when I tell you to wait, don't go get the manager." My husband and I are trying to tell her that that wasn't what happened. I was trying to explain to her that I was just making sure we were doing it correctly, and she just kept interrupting. She just reiterated "I already told him that, you don't need to get the manager." I responded back "Jesus" and my husband and I started to walk away. She then proceeds to yell at us that we don't need to be saying that, as we're already at the door. Now I get she was stressed being on expo and/or having a bad day. But I would have been fired for coming out hot like that unprovoked with other customers around. I also did not know I had spoken to a manager the 2nd time around. Maybe there could be an actual sign that that's the area for pick up orders. Maybe it was only me that had been confused with that, but her reaction and comments were unwarranted.

  Stacy is amazing!🤩 she made our day and served us a wonderful cuisine style with great recommendations for our two people. We appreciate her nice and professional manner, Stacy brought us a very relaxing, cheerful and happy vibe. We order three cuisines, the fresh oyster are Awesome! Very very fresh, the fried calamari are tasty and fresh too, it is one of the best calamari we ever ate! The seafood etouffee is nice too! We enjoyed the lunch very well and will definitely come back , hope to see her again!

  Took a friend for his 78 b'day. Great food. Nancy's service was excellent, small, greeted us like long lost friends. Brought hot fresh bread with butter. Had to refill a couple of tomes.Had appetizer special, crawfish stuffed mushrooms. Nice, came with 6 filled caps. Seafood place with fresh fish. I had seafood salad, loaded with veggies and crawfish, shrimp, scallops. A friend has snapper with crawfish and stuffing. A nice juicy slab of fish and topped way high. Others had a seafood pasta. All smiles. Easy to talk, not rushed, plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
