  Every time I’ve been to this location it seems as if the food was made a few hours prior. Never fresh. Never hot. Always dry and old.

  Showed up today around 10:30pm and received a few items. To preface, we live in the area and this is the 10th+ visit to this McDonalds. Burgers are thrown together without any regard to what they look like, half the ingredients weren't even on the burger. The food was cold on-top of that. No sauce when we ordered 2 six piece nuggets after clarifying the sauces twice. In the past if you show up past midnight even though they are supposedly 24 hours no-one will answer the drive-thru. I have knocked on the drive-thru window and they completely ignore me as well. For being 24 hours I don't know what the problem with serving customers is but they don't want to do it between 12-4am. Service during the day is alright but they will always forget food as well. Not a great McDonalds, terrible service, and even worse attitudes from the staff.

  Don't know why they hate breakfast so much. Ordered breakfast on the app. Checked in the drive thru 5 minutes before breakfast cut off even heard the person in front of me order breakfast. But when I get to the drive thru with 3 minutes to spare I was informed to meet the breakfast cut off I had to be to the "window" 3 minutes before the cut off. And they couldn't cancel my online order i had to do it. Just people being lazy and obnoxious and not wanting to do their job. Not all the employees there are like this but most of the girls are. It's like a bad group of bullies that gang up on the good employees. It really is sad. I felt bad for some of they young guys there that where lower on the totem pole and not in the mean girls bully club.

  You can't use the bathroom to wash your hand because the bath rooms are locked during the strat of the school day what the hell wrong with this company they have machine to take your order and you can't make changes to your order way you need to be

  How long does it take to get food out? Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes on a damn quarter pounder. Which we all know McDonald's food is not fresh its frozen. Secondly the burger taste disgusting like they didn't cook it long enough. The boy was very rude when he handed me my burger. 100% would not recommend this McDonald's. It makes Waffle house look good
