  Shows to be 24hr. Last two nights ive came through the drive thru around midnight. No one answers after sitting in drive thru for 5 mins. Employee cars in the parking lot and can see employees inside. They just don't want to serve anyone. Don't show your business as 24hrs if no one wants to serve customers.

  2nd time i ordered through the app and they just don't bring the food out to you at the curbside spot. After waiting 10 minutes you go inside to see why you haven't received your meal and all 3 women behind the counter ignore you. Im so tired of this trashy McDonald's

  This is the absolute worst Mc Donalds I've ever been to and I've been all over. I have given this location multiple chances and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are extremely slow, wait for more than 20 min slow and on top of that, more than half of the time the order is incorrect to some degree. Either get someone from the Burleson or Cleburne locations to come in and teach the employees how to make that place run properly or just shut it down and stop wasting every one's time and money so a better fast food place can take that spot.

  I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I witnessed at one of your locations. I will have this escalated as soon as I can get the number to report it. During my visit, I personally observed the General Manager, who was identified by another employee as Alejandra, repeatedly cursing at employees and speaking to them in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Her language and tone were unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a leadership role—especially in front of customers. What was most troubling was that this behavior appeared normalized, not corrective or isolated. The employees looked visibly uncomfortable, and the environment felt tense and demoralizing. This type of conduct not only impacts staff morale and well-being, but also reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and its stated values around respect and professionalism. I believe management behavior like this warrants immediate review. Customers should not witness verbal abuse in the workplace, and employees should never be subjected to it—particularly by a General Manager. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe corporate leadership would want to be aware of behavior that undermines both employee safety and customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time and attention.
