  We ordered carry out on a Saturday, the app estimated 14 min wait, so we went to pick up after 15 min and the employee said it will take another 20-30 min. She was super sweet and explained that they are just two people working and they have received way too many orders. At that point we asked if she could cancel and she gladly did. The one star rating isn’t for the employees, they were working hard and the lady who spoke to us was nice.. the rating is for store owner/ manager. How do you not plan on weekend surge, and just have under staffed store? A dominos pizza taking 14+30 min defeats the point of fast food altogether.. this is the only dominos store near travissso and sad to see it’s operating like this.. we drove to cedar park store and got the pizza faster!

  Food was still not here here 1 and 1/2 hours late and pizza was cold. Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Definitely do NOT recommend going and wasting time here.

  Ordered this around 11:30pm tonight,arrived to the store an went back home only to find my Alfredo pasta barely frickin made,I get it it’s late but at least be honest an call me an say that you’re not gonna do it rather than to half ass it,be petty an give me a mediocre meal,by the way the pasta ain’t even mixed up right just subpar work.
