Yelling at staff in front of customers is uncomfortable to witness and not appropriate. The employees were working hard and didn’t deserve to be treated that way publicly. That said, the food itself was great — fresh, hot, and exactly what I expect from Dairy Queen. The employees were polite and did their best despite the situation, which I appreciated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on treating staff with more respect, because good leadership would make this location a much better place to visit.
