Order was missing fries. Ordered chili and cheese fries and I got bean and cheese fries.🤮😡. These people to pay attention and if you don't have chili, let your customers know so we're not wasting money. This is trash!

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. While preparing my Blizzard, the employee cut the banana with their bare hands, no gloves, no utensils, nothing. It was a sight I surely did not want to see while pulling up. It honestly ruined it for me that I could not eat it. Food safety should be a basic standard, and seeing fresh produce handled directly without any protection is unacceptable.
I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really ruined my trust. I expect better hygiene practices, especially in a food-service environment. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff, because customers shouldn’t have to worry about how their food is being handled.
