Stopped by the drive-thru last night and had the friendliest, most personanable, and courteous service from David. It is such a rare occurrence these days and I believe it is very important to point out the positive interactions with the hope it will continue to encourage others by realizing great service does not go unnoticed! It was so nice to be able to drive home happy and not frustrated from poor service. Thank you again David and Dairy Queen please appreciate your positive, efficient employees, it truly makes a world of difference for your customers to have good people representing your business!

15 minutes wait at drive thru. Finally get order and cold fries. Wish I could say this is a one off but I'm afraid it's typical.
