  Walked into the lobby at 830 pm. Waited at counter for 5 minutes no one there at all. Some dude with about 3 teeth and messy dirty hair and overall filthy appearance in an yellow safety vest came from around the counter and said what the hell are you doing in here. I said excuse me? I walked in the door. He said what do I want I said I had a mobile order. He told me to get out the lobby is closed and I need to go through the drive through. Wow super rude. The driver through line was out into the street. . needless to say I cancelled my order

  I gave McDonald's another chance… big mistake. We waited over an hour for our food. Because of that, we were late to a school picnic with our kids. That is completely unacceptable—this is fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. There is no excuse for that kind of wait time. And it wasn’t just us. There were multiple DoorDash drivers standing around waiting just as long, so clearly this place is having serious issues, not just a one-time delay. The kitchen was a complete mess. No communication, no organization, and no sense of urgency. Employees looked confused, and orders were not moving. On top of that, the kiosks weren’t even giving receipts, which made it even harder to figure out what was going on. I had to step out because I was overwhelmed, heated, and anxious. I was late to have lunch with my kids and had to have my partner step in to handle things before I completely blew up. The only reason this isn’t a total disaster is because of two managers who actually cared. Mr. Devon and another manager (I didn’t catch her name) were the only ones doing their jobs and trying to fix the situation. One of them even refunded our money while making sure we got our food. But two managers cannot run an entire restaurant. This location seriously needs better-trained team members and a hard lesson on communication, efficiency, and accountability. There is no reason for anyone to wait an hour for food—none. I want to have faith in this McDonald’s—I really do—but something has to change.

  My daughter got the huntrx meal and was so excited for it and was disappointed because she didn't get demon sauce nor the photo card

  Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they were closed. This McDonalds is a joke. TOO MANY ISSUES AND TOO MANY COMPLAINANT'S

  Unprofessional... to say the least! Drive-thru worker is very confrontational and enjoys being rude and disrespectful to customers... then again, it was apparent her behavior is allowed. Service... waited 15 minutes for food. Had to walk in and get my food that was sitting on the warmer waiting to be bagged.
