Rude! They apparently don’t close at 10 but 9:50 as the ignorant girl that works there failed to inform me but instead screamed at a white truck at 9:56pm on 3/10/26 that they were closed and I was stupid for pressing the red button. Which confused me so I waited a minute to process what was happening took a video of the time then backed up to leave. And to my surprise I see a girl leaned over the window doing nothing and laughing at my “stupidity” when she could have just told me they already cleaned up and dumped everything before closing time …………. I knew there was a chance that I would waste 10 minutes of my time and not get an anything. But for a good drink it’s worth the risk. Instead I received beratement.

Drank a good amount of strawberry cheesecake milkshake and at the bottom it tasted like rotten fruit, it was a red syrupy paste. I almost threw up because it smelled and tasted absolutely horrendous

1/24/26 stall 21 ref#172932337. Not using her name but if management actually looks at this they will know who it was... She must really dislike her job. Not polite, no smile and her voice seamed angry to be working. First of all sitting more than 8 minutes after button push is a no go. 2 drinks wrong. One was completely the wrong drink and the other was not easy ice. Both drinks were fixed. Not with a smile but with a scowl. Service industry sweetheart -you are supposed to smile at all times... And say thank you. Your tone of voice cost you a tip. The length of wait to even get to the order was too long. And then you are the one who took the order .. to deliver anything other than what was ordered shows a lack of care. I hope you learn and do better in the future...
