They often mess up but are quick to fix the problem the carhops are usually friendly I get on occasion someone is tired or having an off day. The food is usually pretty good we have gotten orders that seem like they are skimping on ingredients like chili pie with maybe a table spoon of chili. Also sad to pay .60 to add lemon to your tea and now they stopped doing the half priced drinks which is usually why we choose sonic and then order food. They've lost a lot of my families business with this choice. We will go somewhere else for a coke and end up ordering there. Not gonna pay $3.25 for a drink I can get for .79 down the road😭

My friend & I visited the Sonic Drive-In location off of I-35, in Jarrell last night. I have to say, I haven't ever had the greatest with any of my visits here but by far this one was the absolute worst experience! It was a very simple order! It included two slushy drinks. Not only did we wait quit a while for it to come out, but when it did, they had the order wrong. When I said something about it, and showed that even the receipt was wrong, she took them back & returned with the exact same slushy, but remade. So, again I said it was wrong, confirmed again & she said she would go talk to the manager. The manager came out and I advised what the issue was. She was prompt to tell me that she would refund the previous ticket with the two slushies and then redo a ticket for new slushies. In which, at this point was quite aggravating considering that I had verbalized the correct order from the beginning and didn't understand what the big problem was because it wasn't anything outside of what was being advertised on the menu. To add to the frustration at this point, the car hop returned to the car to let us know that the price increased to be approximately $2/3 total more. Even though the car hop had the receipts in the card in her hand along with the drinks on her carrier, she advises that she has to run the card for the new price before she can give us the drinks returns to The patio payment window, runs the card and then returns with the prior receipt refund the new receipt total and paid and then handed us our drinks turned away and abruptly walked away. It was unacceptable situation, they attitudes were very rude. To top it off, what she had the card in hand already did she really think that we were going to like drive off and steal the slushies or something? How offensive!! Not to mention, they both were again wrong on the receipt.
I do have receipts, names of carhop & manager on duty. I plan to provide this feedback with a direct complaint regarding this location.
I used to stop at this location several times a week to pick up food on the way home after ordering online. It was conveniently located to make a quick stop, but no matter how much in advance I ordered online, they would never start the order until I arrived to pick it up. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if I have to wait for my order to be cooked every time? And the cook at this location could never get the order straight either. Sonic would send me emails about their bacon cheeseburger deals, so I would order them and often discover they were either made wrong or had no bacon on them at all after driving all the way home. I called and a girl named Brianna said she was the manager and suggested I drive all the way back to get my order fixed. She then admitted a guy named Zach is the manager. Regardless of who it is, this location definitely needs new management!

Ordered my food, verified on the window to make sure it was right, I paid, and still got my order wrong 💀. Haven’t had sonic in a long time and this did not bring me back. March 24 10:00pm.
