I ordered a daily double with no lettuce... and I modified from no pickles through light pickles, then regular pickles before finally selecting the extra pickles option. As you can see from the picture, I recieved no tomatoes (was supposed to come with 2 slices automatically) and most definitely did NOT recieve extra pickles. I think it's time to give up on McDonald's for good. I was the only person in the lobby, they weren't at all busy, and they don't know which toppings are supposed to be included.
