  Natalie and Marcella were wonderful!!! The food was delicious and I will definitely come back. My father is handicapped and they helped us come in the door. They found us a perfect seating arrangement. Always smiling.

  The Jacksonville Pizza Hit is always exceptional. This is a true old-school, eat-in Pizza Hut that's clean, well managed, and staffed by very pleasant people. Keep up the good work, folks!

  This restaurant is amazing. The food was hot and the service was great. Our server, Jolene, was kind and respectful and fulfilled every request even though we were probably annoying as hell. The Manager Whitney came to say hi, she was amazing! 10/10 will definitely come back!

  I don’t know what it is about this location, but it’s easily the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I’ve tried a lot of different locations, and this is the only one where the pan pizza, especially the Veggie Lovers, actually tastes consistently fresh and really good when dining in. The staff is also extremely nice. There’s one employee in particular who always takes care of us whenever we come in, super friendly, attentive, and just makes the whole experience better every time. You don’t always expect standout service everywhere, but this location definitely delivers. Great food, great service, and a place I actually look forward to coming back to and continue to do so!

  Qe stopped by the pizza hut a few weeks ago . Let me tell you our server Jolene was very kind and polite .we love when we get servers like her they listen to our orders and don't keep checking on us every minute like a lot of servers do we ate peacefully got our refill only when needed to be done . The employees were awesome but I think our server was beyond the best! People of East Texas and The whole State of Texas and the country if you stop by this Pizza place ask for Jolene and also make sure to tip your servers some of them are single moms , and some of them are college kids trying to make it thru this world or high school kids trying to save up for college or to buy their first car .
