  Visited this location last week for lunch. They were very busy and had someone at almost every table, but that did not stop the team from being friendly, helpful and kind. The buffet was never empty. Had a constant flow of fresh hot pizza. And the price is great right now. Will definitely be back.

  I ordered a pizza and they were out of the topping I wanted. I had someone call me however I didn't answer and no voicemail was left. I didn't know it was pizza hut. When I went to go pick it up, there was nothing to pick up.... I'm assuming the cook/ managers name is Jason, cause that's what my refund receipt says. He told me they were out of the topping and that they had called me. I told him there was no voicemail left or I would've called back. He states theyre too busy to do that and then said he tried calling 3 times lol Yet there was no other customers in the drive thru when I got there nor when I was there waiting to resolve it. My phone is new and nothing is wrong with it.... Only ONE call came in. I'm confused, they're too busy to leave a voicemail but they can call 3 times? Yet my call log says otherwise. He was very rude and snarky. So I sure as hell was not about to get a pizza made there after he seemed so upset.

  Best pizza in Jacksonville: hands down. Super friendly staff and the manager even took the time to come check on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be back when I’m in Jacksonville TX.
