Love McDonalds but the managers give you attitude for asking for damn ketchup when asked since they don’t provide them in your bags nomore ! Don’t know your name maam but you worked today 11/3/2024 I was in around 3:30 Nd gave me a nasty face and attitude my first time in 30 years giving giving a bad review

Only McDonald’s in town. Every time we go they always get something wrong. Or don’t provide it at all. It’s like they can’t read. And they never give the sauces then when you walk in to get it fixed there’s ALWAYS attitude. Just do your job correctly the first time.

Due to line at one counter register open, for dine in service. I opted to use Kiosk, sign into my McDonalds account scanning my account bar code ar the kiosk and order my food. But couldn't pay with cash ir card at kiosk. Had to opt for paying at counter, get printout and stand in line to pay at counter. Very frustrating and time waisted. Employee is aware of the kiosk not accepting payments. Imo the manager, should have a sign on kiosk warning customer, they can order but not pay at kiosk. Next time I will order by phone not both with kiosk.
