- OSOPEN STICHNov 6, 20251.0Ordered a caramel macchiato and asked them to not add caramel syrup since I just wanted the macchiato plain. The guy taking my ordered just stared at me and asked if I was serious. I had to explain to him that all they had to do was make the drink but just don't add the caramel syrup. Then he walked inside and started laughing with the other girl there. The guy said he's your drink and they barely filled my cup, no thank you. Very rude service, never coming back.
