He had nobody in lane one but he could not wait on me. All I wanted was a drink.That's bad customer service. The only problem with Chick-fil-A is they assume all customers know how their system works with ordering, pickup, extra condiments, seasonal specials, etc. With the speed of service a customer can feel rushed when trying to decide what is on the menu. The inside loses the relax comfortble feel. "Here is your chicken, now sit down , hurry up and eat and then leave. We are busy."

- EAestebon ArringtonMar 31, 20262.0Came yesterday for a pick up order the lady talked to me like I was crazy like I told her I didn’t order the drinks I was just there to pick them up then she said I need to check in through the app and I told her again I’m just here to pick the drinks up I showed her the screenshot of the order then she said to call the person and have them to check in as she is telling me this she went to the register and said oh here it is with a sneaky grin then I asked for a drink carrier she set it on her side of the register instead of handing it to me like she did my drinks I really didn’t fell like I was supposed to be in this store an I will not be back an I now have my story to tell
