  If I could give zero stars I would, Service Was literally so bad the girl at lane was so awful and it truly upset me and my friends how she treated us

  I've been a customer for awhile now and for the most part the service has been excellent and friendly. Some of the best people on the team that I always love to see are Axel, Taylor, and Jesus. Those guys are real chill baristas. However, it recently seems that they have laxed their hiring standards. A couple of weeks ago I had my order taken from this young man named Mario. I specifically asked for a small chiller latte with white chocolate. Mario seemed a bit nervous at the time and studdered during the ordering process. When my order finally came I was given a medium chiller chai. At the time I simply smiled and took the drink, but thinking about it now I should've just asked the drink to be remade. I never had problems with the people they've hired before but now I'm a little nervous with the new people they got.

  I’ve gotten the same guy 3 times at the drive thru I asked for two larges, he then proceeded to take the order twice, Then handed us two mediums and said there was no way to fix it, didn’t say thank you, and was very rude. Another time i asked for half lemonade Half energy with no ice proceeds to give me a glass half full Then had to remake it When we told him multiple times, it was OK for a up charge. (This happened twice) (Description) a Hispanic male around 5 foot around 2 / 5’5. has black hairstyle, in a middle part curly /wavy hair brown eye a bit chunky just very disappointed in the service And that it’s a continuous issue, never had problems with anybody else at that location very loyal customer I come there all the time and it continues to happen With the same exact person!!! Also, one of these times a manager clearly said That he did not know what he was doing So I’m very disappointed in the service .
