  My wife and I stopped by in the evening and ordered a couple meals and shakes and they were amazing. We’re not used to having fast food that was great and fast and had awesome customer service as well. Damu outdid himself and he’s really good with his team, they really showed out. That’s Itasca Sonic!!

  I used to eat here a lot when I worked in Itasca. The service is friendly and my order was always right. Mercy works there and she always greets you with a warm smile.

  Our order was placed with Jose, exceptional customer service. Kind and worked quickly to get our order correct. I even went back to the fields and said dang that was the best Sonic ive ever been to and recommended them stopping there on the way home after the games💜 thank you Jose!

  Stayed inside at the counter for 20 minutes completely being ignored by staff. Then Watched a young lady with very colorful hair disrespect another employee. When my order was finally taken,I sat down and then watched multiple very nice and respectful non melanated people order food,some of their orders being what I ordered,and receive their food before me. After placing my order,it was another 20 minutes before getting my food. The colorful haired lady argued with me about not paying for a drink when I asked for it to the point she demanded to see my receipt and then looking surprised that I was able to pull it out of my pocket and show it to her…After a short walk back across the street to where I was parked I realized my food order was completely wrong…how hard is it really to add diced onion,mustard,and relish to a chili cheese coney? 10/10 will eat gas station Vienna sausage before eating from this location again.
