  By far the worst experience I have ever had! They didn't give us our full order, was just missing 1 out of the 2 chicken nugget meals, no big deal .. to us anyway. They had 3 different people try and tell us we already recieved them in the box and that we only ordered the one, we continued to try and show them the receipt which no one looked at and then when they finally did give them to us, another worker tried to come up to the window and start unnecessary bs. With our kids in the car we just left. Then my daughter pulls her burger out from the happy meal she recieved and it only had the top bun and some meat ... never in my life have I seen such carelessness and disrespect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Wish I would have seen the 3.8 low stars before choosing this horrible location.

  March 3 2026 this McDonald’s say they is closed and on the app it say they close at 11 o’clock it is 1009. Why is McDonald’s is closed? That is ridiculous McDonald’s you say 11 o’clock you need to stay open to a 11 o’clock

  I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Italy, TX. Brad, the manager, was excellent. He was very friendly and clearly cared about making sure everything was right. Even though they weren’t busy, he made my food fresh to order, and it ended up being some of the best McDonald’s I’ve had. I eat at McDonald’s fairly often, and this location really stood out because of the service and attention to detail. Brad made sure I was taken care of and the whole experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be stopping here again when I pass through. Go Army!
