  Food was hot! Service was immaculate and the cashier Kaleb held conversation well while also insuring the food was up to par . I felt Kaleb went above and beyond to continue checking on us while also assisting others .

  I came to visit from Atlanta , GA and wanted to try the Wings at Wing Stop . Brian the Manager is amazing! He listened and resolved my concern beyond my expectations. And K, the cashier was polite, professional and kind. Next time Im in Irving, I will stop by for those DELICIOUS wings!

  The manager Mr. Steven was very nice and cordial twords me and myoher when we went to get our food. After not eating for the entire day I was hungry and ready to lay down, no doubt I would've probably been very upset at the smallest thing or mistake with the mood I was in, but he was very calm and respectful twords my mother and made our eating experience very comfortable. I was happy😊😁

  The staff has loud conversations and on the phone instead of taking orders or cashiering. I had to wave and get the attention of the cashier because they two employees were yelling at each other. Even when door dashing food is undercooked, thrown all over the bag and either a drink is missing or an entire side order of fries. I’ve complained so many times and nothing is done. I ordered well done all flats, extra fry seasoned fries and a Dr.Pepper. I got a sprite with no ice, fries where in the bag, just thrown in not in the normal paper boat. Every piece of chicken was undercooked, inedible and the lemon pepper seasoning was swimming in the bottom of the container from the oil the wings were drenched in. Do not eat at Wingstop on Royal. It’s disgusting and not eatable. By the way they offer a discount if you make a positive review. I hope the owner isn’t aware of this because if he/she is .. you’re just as disgusting as the nasty uncooked food your serving people.

From the very second I walked in, he greeted me with such a warm, genuine, and energetic welcome that it instantly set the tone for an amazing experience. He was outstanding in every way—attentive, incredibly friendly, professional, and truly passionate about helping. He went out of his way to assist me with my order, making everything feel effortless, smooth, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in what they do, and it really shows. Kaleb F is a true standout, and this was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
