Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- AAAlexanderApr 18, 20261.0I was charged for the wrong order at the first window, and at the second window when they tried to give me the right order they still had it made incorrectly. They pulled me up to the line past the second window to wait for my order to be fixed, and when my food was given to me I tried to ask if there was ketchup in the bag and the girl ignored me and walked away. I understand mistakes happen but the general lack of effort and manners on top of how slow the line moves makes it a pretty unpleasant experience to be honest.

After a 15 minute wait in the drive through for someone to receive extra ketchup I went home and finally ate my mayo less, onion less, Olde English scented patty monstrosity. About an hour later I proceeded to vomit, cutting the inside of my throat. Normally Whataburger is pretty decent, but this sucked.

I asked for Three chicken strip. They gave me like Two and a Half so I went and told them if I can have a burger instead. Cause I wasn’t gonna eat my chicken strip lady that cashier told me that she will charge me. I told her why you’re gonna charge me for it. I asked for the manager the manager took like more than 10 minutes to go to the front and talk to me. He didn’t even apologize. He said I can give you another food. I said no. I just give me my money. Never again coming to this Whataburger on 183 highway have bad bad service. The lobby is not clean is very dirty. Bad. Bad management, super bad management.
