    They don’t make delivery drivers confirm orders. My order was stolen the other day because they just gave them my order and didn’t make them confirm it first.

    I was in the area for a work meeting and stopped here for lunch because I had some money left in my Wendy’s app that I wanted to use so I got done and ate in the restaurant only to be told that the internal Wendy’s app that’s pre loaded wouldn’t work as a payment method in that location at that moment? That was frustrating but I was on a time crunch so I still ordered and just paid for it like regular without using the money Wendy’s is just holding for me in the app. What also irritated me is I asked for a bbq sauce to go with my food and was told to pay .59 cents for one singular bbq sauce? That’s absurd that they can’t even provide one or two complimentary. Very frustrating. I’m not the type to complain but I think not being able to used preloaded money on an internal app is absurd. If it doesn’t work then get it fixed. Multiple employees said it didn’t work like it was a known issue so if that’s the case then get it fixed!

    Honestly I’ve ate here a few times and everytime I’ve came food is never really fresh but you guys definitely have an employee name Jayden who customer service is magnificent! He’s so sweet and you can tell he’s a good person overall! & it’s never time that he isn’t showing his good customer service! Jayden customer service alone will make people come back but I do wish the food could be better!

    Tried their biggie bag and found it great size for lunch. Service was great as well. Will return to eat here again.
