  Food was overall good. The burger was a bit dry, but it wasn't a big deal. Fries didn't have seasoning so kind of bland. The inside was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our main issue was the amount of time it took to get our food. We waited almost 30 minutes for our burgers and no one else was in the restaurant. Then our milkshakes took about 15 minutes. It seemed like most of the staff was training. The lady who appeared to be the manager was on her own trying to help like 4 workers at once who all appeared to be brand new hires. She was very polite and friendly, I just felt for her trying to manage all of that. As we started eating, the lunch rush started and she was going in all directions, including taking the orders. Not sure if there's a way they could have someone more experienced come help her train these new people.

  Burger was very good! Got the bacon cheese fries. Fries were undercooked and no seasoning or salt of any kind. I was there in opening hour and the tea tasted like it was left from yesterday. Also got a combo but was charged individually for the items.

  This was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and my husband got the double bacon cheeseburger, both with fries and drinks. Right away I noticed the prices were out of this world for a simple drive-thru meal. When we first pulled up, I noticed no one was there at all, which seemed a little strange. The lady working the drive-thru did say it would be about an 8 minute wait, which I actually appreciated because at least she was honest. But after sitting there for at least 20 minutes, with literally no other cars or customers, I started wondering if they had forgotten about us. By the time we finally got our food, the drink they had given us was almost gone just from sitting there waiting. Now for the food. My husband said the double bacon cheeseburger was good, but definitely not worth the price they’re charging. As for my fried chicken sandwich, it was honestly nasty. It had no flavor, the breading was extremely thick, and it was falling off the chicken. At that point I felt like I should have just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich instead because the breading added nothing but disappointment. The fries, however, had plenty of seasoning. In fact they had so much salt on them I was honestly wishing they would have sprinkled some of that on my chicken sandwich so it could have at least had a little flavor. The one positive thing I will say is the lady in the drive-thru was very nice and offered us sauces, which I appreciated. But I also don’t understand how you can order almost $40 worth of food and be handed only two napkins. What if someone spills something or drops food? After paying those crazy high prices, I honestly see why the place was empty. Sadly the food and the wait did not match the price, and it’s not somewhere I would come back to.
