  Placed an online order for pick up but drive thru was the only option available. My vehicle is too high to fit in the drive thru. The guy at the window was super rude and refused to give me my food thru the window or bring it to the door, then told me he wouldn't refund me! Don't waste your time here. Bad customer service.

  Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. Cancelled my mobile order for no reason. The cashier was clearly untrained when trying to order off the menu. And, they skimped out on my taco fillings. Second time coming here since I moved and definitely will find another.

  Inaccurate hours and a safety nightmare for pedestrians. My friends and I walked to this location tonight because the app and Google showed the lobby open until 2:00 AM. We arrived before 9:50 PM and were immediately told by a manager that the lobby was closed and we had to use the drive-thru. We explicitly told her we didn't have a car and it was freezing outside, but she insisted. We spent 10+ minutes standing in the cold drive-thru line behind several cars—which felt extremely unsafe. When we finally got to the window, the same manager who sent us there told us she couldn't give us the food and we had to go back to the entrance. It was only after we stood our ground and reminded her that SHE sent us there that she finally handed over the order. While we did eventually get our food, the experience was ridiculous. The hours are wrong: Update your digital listings if you close at 10 PM. Safety: Do not tell pedestrians to stand in a dark drive-thru lane with cars. It is dangerous and unprofessional. Attitude: The manager was dismissive and made a simple pickup unnecessarily difficult and cold. Avoid walking to this location late at night; they do not respect their own posted hours or the safety of their customers.
