  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I had a very unpleasant experience with a pickup order. When I walked in, an older hispanic employee greeted me by saying something in Spanish, which I didn’t understand. She then abruptly asked for my name in a rude tone. I had placed my order 40 minutes in advance, yet I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes, even though the store was not busy. While my order was still being prepared, the same employee told me to get the drinks and chips myself. I explained that I didn’t know what items were included in the order since I didn’t order it. In response, she began speaking in Spanish to her coworkers, laughing and appearing to make comments about me. This made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. After reading other reviews, it seems this behavior has been ongoing for quite some time (9months plus), with multiple customers reporting similar experiences. Unfortunately, it does not appear that any action has been taken to address this issue. Maybe herself is the owner. Anyways... Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

  I made an online order for the office stuff and when I went to pick it up 30 mins later, I went in and the ladies just started being mean to me and speaking Spanish. Then I told them I made an online order and they said okay. Get your stuff and pointed at the chips. I told them I wasn’t sure of the whole order and they spoke Spanish with bad words. Then a lady came and just gave me a bag. They gave me my order 15 mins later. I got to the office and gave everyone their sandwich and it was all wrong. Some of the sandwich had missing ingredients and veggies. Then they placed all the bottle sodas on top of the sandwiches which made my sandwich smooch. Totally disappointed on the way I was treated to the way the sandwiches were.

  Just came in to order a sandwich. I said “can I get a 6 inch tuna on wheat?” The old Hispanic lady brings out a foot long in front of me. I told her “I asked for a 6 inch sandwich.” She said “No, No you didn’t! You asked for a foot-long!” At that point I had enough & walked out & she was still running her mouth. What kind of person thinks it’s a great idea to argue with customers?
