  This location didn’t seal any of our DoorDash order for our safety and protection from tampering from the delivery drivers. We received our order extremely late and our entire order of tater tots was missing from the bag, but tots were left in the bottom of the bag. Absolutely disgusting to think our food had been gone through and eaten before being delivered to us. Totally unacceptable customer service and absolutely no protection for us.

  The employees are incredibly slow, even slower than turtles. They took over 30 minutes to make a single smasher and a drink. They were also very unprofessional and rude. And did I mention the spiders and bugs? No? Welp here’s a picture

  The clown handling the drive-thru on 4/20 at midnight needs to be fired for his incompetence and creating a 10 car backlog for 45 minutes. Efficiency is key when running a business and none of his colleagues on other nights seem to have the issues he does with being timely.

  In the morning, crew is super nice and very polite and they always make sure I have my extra ice. Love this location.

  Came here today 4/6/2026 and I purchased a burger meal with mozzarella sticks, they did not give me any marinara. The line was long and I was second car from the window, but they had already given me my order. When I looked in the bag, there was no marinara so I figured I would kindly walk up to the door that they came out of that glass in see-through and asked them for the marinara that came with the cheese stickss A young Indian boy by the name of Dorian began to say get away from the door. And I stated I am a paying customer. I just purchased some cheese sticks and I did not get the marinara sauce that comes with it. He then shut the door and walked away.. That is horrible customer service and I will never come back to the sonic again in my life just close the whole sonic down. I never opened the door, I don’t look like a criminal and don’t deserve to be treated like one
