  Had the nerve to not give my pregnant wife no butter with her oatmeal. Like who the hell eats oatmeal without butter??? Do better. Window closed!

  I understand things happen, but it was frustrating to wait more than 10 minutes for a rapid pickup coffee simply because the coffee pot was empty and had not been noticed. It takes away from the convenience of ordering ahead. Worker at the front was kind.

  There is a tall gentleman that works behind the counter, prepping the orders by the name of Eric and he is amazing and always has great service no matter how busy things are. We get a lot of negativity things out there and it is always pleasant to run into someone who is consistently a pleasure to be around. Great job Eric keep up the great work!

  Carmen tiene razón este lugar necesita nueva gerencia tengo 45 minutos esperando por una orden y viendo la orden créanme no es para mas de 15 minutos y contando con que recibieron la orden aprox 10 minutos antes de que llegara es ridículo...

  Ordered the chicken noodle soup, chipotle chicken avocado melt, a mango smoothie, and a hot dark roast coffee. Within 20 minutes of finishing my meal, I was experiencing severe stomach pain like I'd never had in my entire life for about 2 hours. This was accompanied by nausea, dizziness, and a fever. This was the worst stomach ache I'd ever had in my life by far, and at one point I was considering dialing 911, but fortunately the pain subsided without any serious progression. About a week and a half earlier, I had a salad and the ciabatta cheesesteak with a mango smoothie and experienced stomach pain right after the meal, and it was bad too, but it was nothing like the above. Absolutely will never be eating from panera bread again.
